• Inspect the entire garage door system
• Tighten and inspect all door hardware
• Oil and lubricate all moving parts; such as hinges, rollers, springs, pulleys.
• Check bottom weather seal.
• Check outside weather seal to make sure your door is properly sealed.

• Check spring tension to make sure the springs are adjusted and the door is properly balanced.
• Check cables and springs for any damage or wear.

We schedule all service appointments with confirmed times and we start our first appointments as early as 6am, Monday through Saturday. That means we can get to you – and have the job done- before you leave for work.
